I will perform the small Aloe transplant step by step and also give some tips on how to grow and have a Beautiful Plant in your Home.

Aloe Vera is a very resistant plant and easy to grow, does not like much water, irrigation should be weekly only, leave in a place that receives Solar Light if possible for a good development.
It is fundamental to remove the small Root Plant,
With a knife and carefully I go around the base of the plant,
now removing the plant, see that beautiful  Aloe Vera Baby
This is my Orchid grown on Glass already blooming for 2 months and it looks beautiful
Let's start
1- Middle pot
  To facilitate drainage, use a blanket, expanded clay or small stones,
Prepared or ground substrate compound with good Nutrients They are fundamental for a good development of your Plant.
earthworm humus, manure of chicken or cow
Now I will put together:
  two parts of Earth or Substrate
A part of, earthworm humus, A part of manure of chicken or cow
Mix well all components.
Place the blanket on the bottom of the Vessel to cover the holes
Place the Composite Substrate
Your plant needs vitamins to survive, with a little care You can have Beautiful Plants in your Garden
